Check-Out Policy
To ensure an optimal experience for all our guests, please be aware of the following check-out policy:
- Check-Out Time: The check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you require a later departure, please contact us at 2645-7044 to inquire about the availability of an extension.
- Late Check-Out Fee: If you do not check out by the designated time and have not requested an extension, a fee of $10 will be charged. This fee will be automatically applied to your registered credit card.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and orderly environment for all our guests.
Refund Policy
- Bookings and Cancellations
- – Advance Bookings: For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, we offer a full refund if canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. If canceled between 13 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
- – Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, a full refund is offered if canceled at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.
- No Shows
- – In the case of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be retained.
- Booking Modifications
- – Modifications to the booking (date changes, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may involve an adjustment in the total cost. If the modification results in a decrease in cost, the same refund conditions that apply to cancellations will be applied. If the modification results in an increase in cost, the difference will be charged at the time of modification.
- Refunds for Special Circumstances
- – Illness or Emergencies: In cases of illness or unforeseen emergencies, appropriate documentation (medical certificates, emergency reports, etc.) is required for consideration of a refund. Requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
- – Weather Conditions or Force Majeure: In cases of extreme weather conditions or force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, etc.), each situation will be evaluated individually to offer a full or partial refund as applicable.
- Refund Request Procedure
- – Refund requests should be submitted in writing to our customer service team, including the booking number, reason for cancellation, and any necessary documentation. The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
- Exceptions
- – No refunds will be provided for unused services during the stay, such as excursions, activities, or additional services not utilized.
